England Netball and Hertfordshire Netball Associations run a range courses.

These include;

• Coaching Team Play
• Performance Standards Workshops
• UKCC Level 1,2,3

Hertfordshire Sports Partnerships run generic courses suitable for all sports coaches and officials, these include; first aid, safeguarding and child protection, equity in your coaching and the fundamentals of movement. www.sportinherts.org.uk/workshops-courses

To further development our coaches there are a range of observation and mentoring opportunities available. Mavericks Superleague team based in Hatfield have an open door policy and are happy for coaches to come along and observe training sessions. Hertfordshire Coach Grant Scheme

Hertfordshire support their affiliated members by providing UKCC course subsidies to help develop coaches across the county. Grants can be given towards UKCC level 1, 2 and the level 3 .

Hertfordshire is working with its different associations to provide a package for coaches which can provide, in some cases, up to 75% of the cost of a course from the combined sources.
